## MOTORBIKE RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

By renting a motorbike from us, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

### 1. Safe and Responsible Riding

The renter is responsible for riding the motorbike safely, carefully, and in accordance with Indonesian traffic laws.

The motorbike must not be used recklessly, for racing, competitions, illegal activities, or in any way that may unnecessarily damage or endanger the motorbike, the rider, passengers, or third parties.

The renter is expected to act responsibly and in good faith throughout the rental period.

### 2. Driving Licence and Legal Responsibility

The renter is responsible for ensuring that they hold a valid driving licence and any other permit legally required to ride a motorbike in Indonesia.

Any traffic fines, penalties, towing charges, parking fines, or other legal consequences arising during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter.

### 3. Damage, Loss and Theft

The renter is responsible for taking reasonable care of the motorbike during the entire rental period.

Any damage caused during the rental period that is not considered normal wear and tear may be charged to the renter.

In case of an accident, theft, loss, or serious damage, the renter must contact us as soon as reasonably possible and cooperate in good faith in resolving the situation.

The renter may also be responsible for associated costs when damage or loss results from negligence, misuse, reckless driving, or failure to properly secure the motorbike.

### 4. Mechanical Problems

Our motorbikes are regularly maintained and checked before rental.

If a mechanical problem occurs during the rental period, the renter should contact us before arranging repairs whenever reasonably possible.

We will provide assistance when the motorbike is within our normal service area. However, we cannot guarantee roadside assistance, replacement vehicles, repairs, transportation, or collection when the motorbike is taken far away from our base or outside our normal operating area.

Any decision to travel long distances or outside Bali is made at the renter’s own responsibility.

### 5. Long-Distance Travel and Areas Outside Our Service Zone

Customers are free to use the motorbike within the conditions agreed at the time of rental. However, our ability to provide technical assistance is limited by distance.

If the motorbike is taken outside our normal service area, the renter understands that immediate assistance or replacement may not be possible.

If the motorbike cannot be returned to our agreed return location because of an accident, breakdown caused by misuse, abandonment, or another situation attributable to the renter, transportation and recovery costs may be charged to the renter.

### 6. Fuel and General Condition

The motorbike should be returned in a reasonable condition and with approximately the same fuel level as when it was delivered, unless otherwise agreed.

Normal wear and reasonable use are accepted. Excessive dirt, damage, missing accessories, lost keys, helmets, documents, or other supplied items may result in additional charges.

### 7. Rental Period and Late Returns

The motorbike must be returned on the date and at the time agreed with us.

If the renter wishes to extend the rental period, they should contact us before the original rental period expires.

Late returns without prior agreement may result in additional rental charges.

## EARLY RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We understand that customers’ plans may sometimes change.

If a customer needs to return the motorbike before the agreed rental end date for a reasonable and justified reason, we may offer a partial refund under the following conditions.

First, the rental price will be recalculated according to the actual rental period.

Please note that our rental rates may vary depending on the length of the rental. Longer rental periods normally benefit from lower daily, weekly, or monthly rates. Therefore, if a rental is shortened, the applicable rate for the shorter rental period may be higher than the original effective daily rate.

Once the rental cost for the actual period used has been recalculated, any remaining unused balance will be determined.

Our standard early-return policy is to refund *50% of the remaining unused balance*.

For example, if after recalculating the actual rental period there is an unused balance of IDR 1,000,000, the refund would normally be IDR 500,000.

Early returns and refunds are subject to reasonable justification and good-faith communication between the customer and our team.

No refund may be provided when the early return results from misuse of the motorbike, violation of the rental conditions, illegal activity, serious negligence, or other circumstances caused by the renter.

Any refund is calculated from the amount actually paid and after deducting any outstanding rental charges, damage, fines, recovery costs, missing items, or other amounts legitimately owed by the renter.

### 8. Good Faith and Cooperation

Our rental service is based on mutual trust and good faith.

We ask customers to communicate with us immediately if there is an accident, mechanical problem, change of plans, or any other situation affecting the rental.

Likewise, we will always try to find a reasonable and fair solution when unexpected situations arise.

By accepting and using the motorbike, the renter confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Rental Terms & Conditions.
